I am a New Zealander, living in Upper Hutt - so will probably write the article - if I can.

I am a telecommunications engineer with an interest in Call Centres, Queueing theory, Erlang as well as things New Zealand including Wellington, Christchurch - especially my home town of Sumner as well as things Maori (though I am pakeha).
