Star Trek: Voyager

Redirected from Star Trek Voyager

Star Trek: Voyager is the fourth in a series of sequels and prequels to the television show Star Trek. It chronicles the journey of the Starship Voyager. Voyager has been stranded in the Delta Quadrant, a region of space about 75,000 light-years from Earth,

Voyager is presently the only Star Trek series to have had a female Captain as a lead character, Kathryn Janeway.

Voyager focused more on the themes presented in the original Star Trek series and ST:TNG, such as exploration and the human condition. A recurring theme was also the demonstration of democratic principles (peace, openness, freedom, cooperation, sharing) and deep philosophical issues such as the sense of self and what it means to be human.

Voyager was produced for 7 seasons, from 1995 to 2001.
