Henry Spencer
Henry Spencer is author of C-News and The Ten Commandments for C Programmers. He is a space enthusiast and has been a familiar presence on space forums on USENET and the Internet.
He planned the Canadian Solar Sail project (now defunct), and was Software Architect for MOST[?], a small Canadian science satellite due to be launched by Eurockot[?] in the first quarter of 2003.
