Armageddon (movie)

Armageddon is a science fiction movie that uses a large asteroid on a collision course with the Earth as its primary plot element.

Genre: Action/Adventure/Science Fiction/Space

Cast: Bruce Willis; Billy Bob Thornton; Ben Affleck; Liv Tyler[?]

Director: Michael Bay[?]

Producer: Jerry Bruckheimer[?]

Tagline:

For Love
For Honor
For Mankind

Armageddon is an adventure spanning the universe, from a South China Sea oil-rig to the depths of an asteroid.

It should be remembered that, despite the fast action sequences and the cogent topic, a Hollywood film is not made for scientific accuracy. In particular, most of the science details in the film are wrong. So the film should not be taken as a real description of how to deal with an incoming asteroid, but only as good entertainment value.
