In Greek mythology, Tyche ("luck") (Roman equivalent: Fortuna) was the personification of good luck, fortune and prosperity. Many cities had their own specific version of Tyche, though she was usually a daughter of Hermes and Aphrodite, or Oceanus and Tethys or Zeus Pindar.
