This is one of the few popular tracks on an album essentially created from songs rejected for the previous album Let's Take It to the Stage.
The song was written by George Clinton, Glen Goins[?], Garry Shider and Bernie Worrell.
Like several other P Funk songs, the lyrics make little coherent sense. They are a series of nursery rhymes, humorous because of the obscene content.
In live performances (due to the similarity in structure), the lyrics from this song are used with the guitar rhythm and lyrics from "Let's Take It To The Stage."
George Clinton had lead vocals.
