Spock's Beard

Spock's Beard is a Progressive Rock band formed in 1992 by brothers Neal[?] and Alan Morse[?]. The pair teamed with fellow LA musicians Nick D'Virgilio[?] (Drums), Dave Meros[?] (bass), and Ryo Okumoto[?] (keys), with Alan playing guitar and Neal singing and playing keys.

Recently, news spread that Neal Morse has left the band to concentrate on spiritual matters.

The band was named for the Star Trek episode "Mirror Mirror", where the crew enters a parallel universe, and the parallel Mr. Spock is differentiated by his beard.
