René Felber

René Felber, born March 14, 1933, Swiss politician.

He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on December 9, 1987 and held the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (Switzerland)[?] until his resignation on March 31, 1993. He is affiliated to the Social Democratic Party of Switzerland.

He was president of Switzerland from January 1, 1992 to December 31, 1992.
