Raquel Welch (b. September 5, 1940), is a United States actress. Welch was one of the leading sex symbols of the 1960s and 1970s.

Raquel Welch was born in Chicago, Illinois as Jo Raquel Tejada, the child of immigrants from Bolivia. Welch became one of the leading sex symbols of the 1960s and 1970s.

Welch's movies include One Million Years B.C.[?], Bedazzled[?] (in which she plays the personification of Lust), Myra Breckinridge[?] Fantastic Voyage[?], The Four Muscateers[?], Mother, Jugs & Speed[?], and The Naked Gun 33: The Final Insult[?].

Her television work includes apperances on numerous talk shows and on an episode of Seinfeld.
