Principal Snyder

Introduced to Buffy's school, Sunnydale High, after the death of the previous principal, Snyder's strict discipline earned him few friends among the Scooby Gang. In particular, he had a strong dislike for Buffy herself, and viewed her activities as so disruptive that he tried to have her expelled. However, a near-violent encounter with Giles changed his mind.

Snyder was eaten in the last episode of Season 3, Graduation Day, after loudly complaining that the behaviour of Mayor Wilkins[?], who had just turned into an enormous snake, was unacceptable.
