Non-fixed access

Non-fixed access: In personal communications service[?] (PCS), terminal access to a network in which there is no set relationship between a terminal and the access interface.

Note: The access interface and the terminal each has its own separate "identifiers." The terminal may be moved from one access interface to another while maintaining the terminal's unique identity.
