Sea

A sea is a large expanse of salt water which is in connection with an ocean. The term is also often used for large lakes, especially for lakes without an outflow of water, such as the Caspian Sea, and ocassionally for small lakes, like the Sea of Gallilee.

Many seas are marginal seas.
