Joe Zychik

Joe Zychik is an important figure in philosophical and practical anti-psychology[?]. He believes that addictions are not driven by mental illness, but by poor personal choices. Zychik is a specialist in the treatment of sexual addiction[?] using non-traditional methods based in free choice[?] and human will.

Zychik's teachings have been adopted and propounded by composer/writer Justin Weaver in his article "Addiction as an Unethical Choice". Weaver, however, reworks Zychik's ideas to support anti-capitalist philosophies.
