Jane Wilde

Lady Jane Francesca Elgee Wilde (1826 - February 3, 1896) was an Irish poet and nationalist; she was the wife of Sir William Wilde and mother of Oscar Wilde. Her works included pro-Irish independence and anti-British works under the pseudonymn[?] Speranza; sometimes known as “Speranza of the Nation”.
