Iron Maiden (band)

Iron Maiden is the name for a band from London, England which was formed in 1976. This group is considered to be one of the most influential in the Heavy Metal music genre. Iron Maiden is led by Steve Harris[?] (Born March 12, 1957 in Leytonstone, London, England; bass), formerly a member of the pub rockers Smiler. Iron Maiden is also the name for a medieval torture device.

The band's current lineup since 2000 is Harris, Bruce Dickinson (vocals); Dave Murray[?], Adrian Smith[?] and Janick Gers[?] (guitar), and Nicko McBrain[?] (drums).
