Hole In My Heart (All the Way to China) was the song recorded by pop singer Cyndi Lauper for her 1989 film Vibes. Because the film bombed, the song was a commercial failure as well. To many it marked the end of Lauper's success as a mainstream and widely popular artist, as the song was set up to be a huge smash hit (complete with a 10 minute short film music video).
