Hell Awaits

Hell Awaits (1985) was the second full-length album by Slayer, released through Metal Blade Records[?]. This album, along with it's successor, Reign in Blood, is cited as an influence by many death metal bands, and many fans of heavy metal music regard this album as a proto-death metal album.
