Tom Araya

Tom Araya, born June 6, 1961 in Chile, is best known as the vocalist and bassist of the thrash metal band Slayer. Though Slayer are often considered a Satanic band, Tom was raised a Christian, and his faith is still important to him.

Tom has also provided guest vocals to recordings by other artists, including "Iron Gland" from Alice In Chains' album Dirt, and "Terrorist" from Soulfly's album Primitive[?]
