Hansard

Hansard is the traditional name for the printed transcripts of parliamentary debates in the Westminster system of government.

The name comes from its originator, Thomas Curson Hansard[?], who began publishing transcripts of the United Kingdom parliament as a private enterprise in the early 19th Century. It became an official document of the United Kingdom parliament in 1909.
