Hamilton, Scotland

Hamilton is a place in Scotland. In the last 100 years the local council have demolished several historic buildings and replaced them with nice new modern stores.

Such buildings which were destroyed included the Hamilton Palace[?], home of the Duke of Hamilton[?] and host to such famous dignitaries as Mary Queen of Scots, Oliver Cromwell and Robert the Bruce.
