Halogenoalkane

Halogenoalkanes are alkane-like compounds with one or more hydrogen atoms replaced by halogen atoms. Fluoroalkanes[?], chloroalkanes[?], bromoalkanes[?] and iodoalkanes[?] are possible, as are mixed compounds such as chlorofluoroalkanes (also known as chlorofluorocarbons - the notorious CFCs responsible for ozone depletion) etc.
