Guerrero

Guerrero is a state in the United Mexican States. Guerrero is bordered by the Mexican states of Michoacán to the west, Mexico State, Morelos, and Puebla to the north, Oaxaca to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Guerrero has an area of about 63,749 km square. In 2003 the population was estimated at 3,167,400 people. ISO 3166-2 is MX-GRO.

The state capital is the city of Chilpancingo. Guerrero also contains the cities of Acapulco, Iguala[?], and Taxco[?].
