Government of Tibet in Exile

The Government of Tibet in Exile is a group which sees itself as the rightful and legitimate government of Tibet, which is currently considered to be under Chinese occupation.

Although it is not recognized as a government by any other nation, it has received a large amount of sympathy in the West largely through the leadership of the Dalai Lama.
