FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona (also known as Barça, SAMPA ['bars@]) is a football (US soccer) team in the first division of the Spanish Football League.
Founded in 1899 by Joan Gamper, is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, and its home stadium is the Camp Nou, capacity 115,000 seats.
Europe champion: 1992. Spanish league champion: 1929, 1945, 1948, 1949, 1952, 1953, 1959, 1960, 1974, 1985, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1998, 1999.
