Erpe-Mere

Erpe-Mere is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Aaigem[?], Bambrugge[?], Burst[?], Erondegem[?], Erpe[?], Mere, Ottergem[?] and Vlekkem[?]. On January 1st, 2000 Erpe-Mere had a total population of 19,249 (9,555 males and 9,694 females). The total area is 33.99 km² which gives a population density of 566.31 inhabitants per km².
