Edwin Scrymgeour

Edwin Scrymgeour (1866-1947), also known as Neddy, was a Scottish MP for Dundee. He is the only prohibitionist ever to be elected to the House of Commons, and defeated Winston Churchill in the election on November 15, 1922.
