The Bad Bug Book is a publication of the CDC's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition[?] describing some of the worst food-borne pathogens.

The pathogens described are:

Pathogenic bacteria:

Enterovirulent Escherichia coli group (EEC Group)

Parasitic protozoa and worms

Viruses

Natural toxins

Other pathogenic agents
