Arabia

Redirected from Arabian Peninsula

Arabia is a peninsula at the junction of Africa and Asia, east of Ethiopia and northern Somalia, south of Palestine and Jordan, and southwest of Iran. It is bounded on the southwest by the Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba[?], on the southeast by the Arabian Sea, and on the northeast by the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf. It includes Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The term "Arabia" is often used to mean Saudi Arabia alone.

Saudi Arabia is by far the largest country. Most people live in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
