Angel Manfredy

Angel Manfredy is a boxer who is half Puerto Rican, half American. He is from Gary, Indiana.

Manfredy, nicknamed The Devil because of his former reckless lifestyle and of his boxing style, has converted into a Christian since a career threatening motorcycle accident forced him to be sidelined for some time and to reconsider his life.

He beat Arturo Gatti by a knockout in 8 rounds, and more recently, Julio Diaz[?] by a split decision.

Manfredy has lost 4 world title tries.

He proudly wears a tattoo of the Puerto Rican Flag on his shoulder.
