Zuienkerke is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Houtave[?], Meetkerke[?], Nieuwmunster[?] and Zuienkerke proper. On January 1st, 2000 Zuienkerke had a total population of 2,790 (1,425 males and 1,365 females). The total area is 48.91 km² which gives a population density of 57.04 inhabitants per km².
