Zilwaukee Township is a township located in Saginaw County, Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 61.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 15.7 km² (6.1 mi²). 14.8 km² (5.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.9 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 5.45% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 61 people, 23 households, and 18 families residing in the township. The population density is 4.1/km² (10.6/mi²). There are 26 housing units at an average density of 1.8/km² (4.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 90.16% White, 9.84% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 23 households out of which 26.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.9% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 21.7% are non-families. 17.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 0.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
