Zeng Qinghong
Zeng Qinghong is Vice President of the People's Republic of China. Zeng is considered to be Jiang Zemin's henchman and number one protege. He is a potential political rival to President Hu Jintao. He is a member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China.
