Zaanstad

Zaanstad (population: 135,762) is a municipality in the north-western Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. The municipality covers an area of 81.77 km² (of which 15.54 km² water).

The municipality of Zaanstad consists the following towns, villages and townships: Assendelft[?], Koog aan de Zaan[?], Krommenie[?], Westzaan[?], Wormerveer[?], Zaandam, Zaandijk[?].
