Yahya Khan

Agha Muhammad Yahya Khan (1917-1980) was the President of Pakistan from 1969-71, following the resignation of Ayub Khan. He had become the Chief of the General Staff in 1957 and became the Commander in Chief in 1966. President Khan resigned and was succeeded by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto[?], as a result of the Pakistani Civil War[?]. During World War II, Khan was an officer in the British 4th Indian Division.
