Wuustwezel is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Loenhout[?] and Wuustwezel proper. On January 1st, 2000 Wuustwezel had a total population of 17,552 (8,840 males and 8,712 females). The total area is 89.39 km² which gives a population density of 196.35 inhabitants per km².
