William Riker

William Riker, a character in the fictional Star Trek universe, is the First Officer of the USS Enterprise (NCC 1701-D) and USS Enterprise (NCC 1701-E). He is played by Jonathan Frakes. In Star Trek: Nemesis, he becomes captain of the USS Titan.
