(for the record). Zxcvb claims to be Lir, who is probably still in some kind of "hard banned" state. There isn't currently a page explaining why Lir is banned, but when there is it'll be at user talk:Lir/ban[?]. Edits by this user may be reverted, but there's currently no policy on how and when this should happen.

(from Talk:Communist state) I think it's hightime that the Cunctator, Fred Bauder, and slr all be banned. It's clear that they didn't get understand the Lir and Clutch incidents.
