In an effort to eliminate discomfort for all parties, I am simply going to blank this page and request that we just drop it. If everyone would stop fighting over this page, then soon enough no one will ever visit or see it. If Lir makes the choice to permanently leave the Wikipedia community, we can eventually just delete the page completely.

In the meantime, of course the history is available, and anyone who is interested in the trivia of this argument can look it up.
