• National Football League add notes on history of franchises (see also WikiProject Sports Team Listing)
• Major League Baseball: add notes on history of franchises (see also WikiProject Sports Team Listing)
• Baseball/World Series: Add some highlights. Ditto for Baseball/American League Championship Series, Baseball/National League Championship Series.
• Space exploration - add some material on unmanned space missions, particularly the Ranger program, Surveyor program and Orbiter program[?] (preparatory to lunar landing)
• Apollo program - keep fleshing out the missions, the astronauts, the engineers, etc.
• Des Moines - add brief history of city
• Fighter aircraft - add to list of WWI-era craft
• "area rule" (under Aeronautics). Also Skunk Works[?], which would make a fascinating article.
• a biography for Richard Whitcomb[?], aeronautical engineer extraordinaire
