United States v. Alfonso Lopez, Jr.

United States v. Alfonso Lopez, Jr. (1995) was a trial, before the US Supreme Court, which involved a high school student who had carried a handgun and bullets into Edison High School[?], San Antonio, Texas. Lopez[?] was charged with violating the Gun-Free School Zones Act (1990). The court ruled that the federal law did not apply to the case.
