Two part tariff

A two-part tariff is a means to the end of price discrimination in partially or fully monopolistic markets.

Methods of implementing two-part tariffs include:

coupons
loyalty cards or clubs
mail-in rebates
a price of admission to the point of sale, as with "membership discounter retailers". See Porter Competitive Model[?].
