Two-Tone

Two-tone ska is a combination of the original ska tone and more progressive sounds, such as Ska Punk. The Two-Tone record label was at the centre of the ska revival which took place in Britain in the late 1970s, and launched the careers of bands such as The Specials, Selecter[?] and The Beat[?].

One of the most commercially successful bands of Two Tone ska music was Madness.
