Topper was a British comic book that featured:

Beryl the Peril[?] - a mischievous girl
Mickey the Monkey[?] - sometimes stupid, sometimes just forgetful and unlucky.

It joined The Buzz in 1975, the Sparky in 1977 and the Beezer in 1990.
