Tim Wirth

Tim Wirth served as U.S. Undersecretary of State for Global Affairs during the Clinton Administration[?], supporting the administration's view that the science of the global warming hypothesis was "settled". A supporter of the proposed Kyoto Protocol, Wirth announced the US's commitment to legally binding limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
