The Stems

The Stems formed in Perth, Australia in the mid-1980s and played music that was heavily influenced by 1960s garage rock and 1970s power pop.

They released a number of singles on the Citadel label including "Tears Me In Two" before releasing and album on a major label. Members included Dom Mariani[?] (who would later go on to form DM3[?]) and Dave Shaw.
