The Music Box (1932 movie)

The Music Box is a 1932 comedy short in which Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy attempt to move a piano to an upper floor of a building. It also stars Gladys Gale[?], Billy Gilbert[?], William Gillespie[?], Charlie Hall[?], Lilyan Irene[?] and Sam Lufkin[?].

The film was written by H.M. Walker[?] and directed by James Parrott[?].

It won the Academy Award for Short Film - Novelty. The film has been deemed "culturally significant" by the Library of Congress and selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry.
