The Knobz
The Knobz, (pronounced nobs; as in "what a bunch of nobs", referring to "a group of dickheads") were a significant New Zealand pop band. They were made famous with their political song dissing Robert Mouldoon[?], who was Prime Minister at the time, whom said that New Zealand's Pop music wasn't part of the New Zealand culture. The Knobz proved him wrong with their flowing melodies and annoying cheesy riffs, and turned the New Zealand Pop fanatic into a culturally sensitive citizen.
