The Goonies R' Good Enough

The Goonies 'R' Good Enough was a pop song recorded by singer Cyndi Lauper in 1985 for the soundtrack to the film The Goonies.

Produced by Steven Spielberg the movie details the adventures of a rag tag group of misfit kids from Astoria, Oregon. Spielberg asked Cyndi to pen the theme song as he felt she was the adult version of misfits everywhere. Cyndi denounces the song this day, and even though it was a number one hit for her, it does not appear on her greatest hits album.
