Terauchi Masatake
Terauchi Masatake (寺内 正毅 February 5, 1852 - November 3, 1919) was a Japanese politician and the 18th Prime Minister from October 9, 1916 to September 29, 1918.
He was born in Yamaguchi prefecture.
