Talley Abbey

Talley Abbey is a former monastery of the Premonstratensians or White Canons, located in the village of Talley[?], Carmarthenshire, Wales, a few miles north of Llandeilo[?]. Like Strata Florida Abbey, it is claimed as the resting-place of the poet, Dafydd ap Gwilym, but this is one of the discredited theories of Iolo Morganwg[?]. The abbey is now in the care of Cadw.
